Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Delivery time may vary during festivals, sales, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • Flat ₹79 shipping fee on orders below ₹999

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes across India.

Our team may contact customers for order confirmation before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Product photos
  • Packaging photos

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner.
